User Accounts

Subscription and Payments

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions (Pro, Genesis) provide enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fee at the start of each billing period
  • Allow automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Accept that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Seraphina AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license is limited to operating and improving the Service.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You should verify important information from authoritative sources
  • AI responses do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
  • We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERAPHINA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
